Set in a town that once had deep roots in organized crime, the series follows the mis-adventures of a couple of penny ante, low-life, con artists with ambitions to take their criminal activities to the next level. Elliot and Chaz are two brothers that really aren't very bright and fly by the seat of their pants to get through life. When they join up with the town's biggest crime boss, the boys think they're on their way to the big time, but instead, find themselves in big time trouble.
